Our well established workflow processes enable efficient preparation of Form A and Form B paperwork, supporting documents and drawings, delivered in a dedicated portfolio ready for submission to Network Rail.
We produce ‘photomontage’ perspective views of proposed new equipment in heritage sensitive areas to assist clients' Listed Building Consent applications. This dramatically improves the approval process, particularly when all necessary NR consents are managed in critical path order of priority, keeping lead times to a minimum.
Our site team hold Personal Track Safety (PTS) cards and Safety Passports. Existing plans can be validated by survey or new plans created. Detailed building elevations can also be derived from the site survey.
We produce final As-Built drawings, properly structured to meet the provisions of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM).
We derive comprehensive engineering detailing from solid models, general arrangement and assembly drawings, sketches, and finished parts. Detailed equipment sheets with fixing details can also be supplied.

We are adept in the recovery and conversion of legacy data. All open and proprietary CAD file formats and protocols are supported including DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, and STL. We are also able to unlock PDF files and scan poor quality hard copies and present them as a properly structured CAD file to client specification.
We validate existing plans by site survey. We are also able to prepare dilapidation surveys of most premises, including railway stations, factories and workshops.
We support installation, maintenance & repair strategies with comprehensively illustrated method statements. These can be fully animated for added clarity.
We create indexed libraries of parts for distribution as product catalogues in native CAD format, a specified data exchange format and PDF. Supply chain customers will then be able to specify products and use published drawings directly, without the risk of introducing errors.
We help visualise design concepts by creating a 3D Digital Mock-Up (DMU) and demonstrate substantial cost and non-price benefits by deriving 2D sections and elevations from a single product model.
We are able to produce computerised solid models, 3D & 2D drawings for parts where the original drawings no longer exist.
We create cost-effective 3D animated walkthroughs, assembly simulations, and high quality renderings of your products and assemblies. This helps identify the most effective strategies for initial manufacture and testing, mass production, maintenance and life-cycle support.
We assist clients in meeting the provisions of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and the associated safety legislation of the European Union. Although these requirements are not specifically electronic document management issues, a formal CAD data strategy will offer significant benefits in terms of project cost and elapse time whilst discharging the wider legal responsibilities.
